Admitting we were once outsmarted by lesser value entities called m€n of God, is a fact that most of us don’t want to admit. That’s why we hold on to the lies of the clergy… Because dismantling the lies of the so-called men and vvomen of God will pull or push us to challenge many other lies we once believed about Christianity.
Read up on cognitive dissonance. And we know how habits are hard to break, especially when you are mentally lazy.
Some of the lies we were brainwashed to accept are;
-That pastors are anointed by God and ordained by the church to stand in the gap for us?
-That there’s a dichotomy between the clergy and laity?
-That despite the fact that the Bible says in Genesis 1: 26, 27 that we are all made in the image and likeness of God and that we carry the DNA of God, the clergy is the teacher, the mediator and guardian of the laity, yet somehow, through some ecclesiatical gimmick you are still the ones that provide the tithes and offerings that feed the pastors who ordinarily should stoop and bow for you?
- That you have no anointing until another entity- a Pharisee or a Sadducee, comes along to anoint you?
- That despite having the mentality to bring forth your dreams and aspiration, but somehow you are not qualified to lead yourself or determine your life’s trajectory without a pastor. Complete scammers who use Satan, demons, witchcraft, ancestral forces, mamiwater, heaven and hellfire etc to terrorise you.
These are some of the things you have to work through as you begin to change the lenses through which you view yourself.
